What our forms collect

When you ask us to call, we collect your name, your phone number and, if you choose to give it, your street address. When you nominate a neighbor, we collect your name and phone number, your neighbor's name, and what needs doing. We also record which page you were on and, if you arrived from an ad or a link, the campaign tags in that link.

How we use it

Only to contact you about what you asked for: to call you back, or to arrange a Neighbor in Need morning. Submissions come to our inbox at hello@sweetapplehome.com and are kept by our form service so nothing gets lost.

Neighbor in Need nominations are used only to arrange the morning. They are never added to a mailing list, an advertising audience or a sales list, and a neighbor we help is never pitched or followed up with.

What we never do

We never sell, rent or share your information with anyone for their own marketing. We don't pass your details to contractors without asking you first.

Analytics and advertising

This site may use the Meta (Facebook) pixel and Google Analytics to understand which pages are read and whether our ads are working. These tools may set cookies and receive information about your visit, such as the pages you viewed and whether you asked for a call. They never receive what you typed into a form. Nominations are never reported to them.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we don't load these tools at all. You can also adjust your ad preferences in your Facebook and Google account settings.
